INFORMATION & ADVICE
IF YOU NEED help with pensions and benefits and/or help with completing claim forms, Angela Everett, the Information & Advice Officer, is the person to contact
A phone call to Angela is sometimes sufficient for her to understand a problem and be able to advise on a solution. Home visits can be arranged if you need to talk privately and cannot call at the office.
Angela’s office telephone number is 01403 274495 and she can also be contacted by e-mail.
If she is visiting someone at home, which is fairly often, you can leave a message on the answer machine. If you are not comfortable with that, call the general office on 01403 260560 to speak to one of our helpful people who will pass your message to Angela.
Whether you are looking for advice for yourself, a family member or friend, Horsham District Age Concern is happy to help with enquiries from over 50’s.
EXTRACTS from a client survey are shown below

The help she gave us has been very good; and she arranged a helpers allowance for my wife

I had no idea I might be able to get some help and she explained what might be possible to help me stay in my home

Angela took great trouble in finding out my circumstances and my difficulty (through arthritis) with getting about and my lack of family help, as both daughters are far away and I am quite alone
